Early on, Orchids made the commitment that service was a cornerstone in our strategy for success. On-time delivery of products when the customer needs them --  No Exceptions. Our goal is to be recognized as the supplier of choice in the private label tissue product industry.
 
To do that, we have focused on long-term relationships and on-time production and shipping.

Although we have clients throughout the nation, we focus on retailers in a 900-mile radius of our plant. This allows for lower shipping costs. We have also established many customized procedures that allow maximum efficiency in delivery of our products and individualizes our services to meet client needs. That translates into better prices and availability for the consumer.
 
By providing consistently low prices, improved product quality, superior customer services and economic distrubtion, we believe we have differentiated ourselves from our competition and generated momentum with value retailers.
