"Our manufacturing process begins at the paper mill. Our paper production is achieved with a new machine, which was commissioned in June 2006, and a combination of three older machines.

Our new machine is housed in a new 27,000 square foot building and our three older machines are housed in an adjacent 135,000 square foot facility.

All of the paper we produce is made form recycled, pre-consumer, waste paper.  This waste paper is primarily solid bleached sulfate paper, or "SBS" paper".

The production capacity on our new paper machine is approximately 33,000 tons per year.  We anticipate the total capacity of our new paper machine and a combination of our older machines to be approximately 54,000 tons per year.
